Easy enough to put together except for the “H” part that’s slanted to hold the desk. I couldn’t get one side to screw in because of the angle. The screws are tiny and hard to hold onto. It’s sturdy enough to hold my tablet and water bottle, but isn’t going to support me if I start to fall.

Full disclosure: I'm using this as I write this review, with my laptop and my walking pad.
This little desk was easy to assemble and is easy to adjust. It works so well for my laptop and walking pad. The little drink holder is a nice touch–it keeps my drink secure and since it is recessed, it keeps moisture away from my computer. It is sturdy enough that I trust it with my laptop and it has enough room that I can put my phone and the TV remote next to a full-size laptop if I'd like.
It adjusts easily, and can also be used as a small desk while on the sofa or in a chair.
The wood-grain pattern surface is obviously not real wood and isn't the prettiest, but for me, that isn't worth taking off a star. I'd rather it be something like solid black, but I did not order this to be an aesthetic piece, but rather something functional so I could move a bit instead of sitting for part of the time I spend on the computer.

Large box, big and cumbersome to lug about, but once you get all the pieces out, it's actually quite easy to assemble. The instructions aren't the easiest to read, but I've read worse. All in all, the instructions are servicable, and you can and will assemble this. It was quick and painless for me, no more than 20 minutes. Women can assemble this on their own.

It's a very nice standing desk. The wood surface feels quite premium, and it comes with a cup holder and a small place to set your devices and stand them up. It's easily adjustable with two little knobs on either side, and it feels firmly set once you lock them into place at your desired height.

I use it as its images suggest, as a convenient "fitness" desk for my walking pad! The U-shaped legs fit perfectly around it, and I imagine this would work just perfectly for bikes as well. However, if you don't intend on using exercise gear with this, the desk works as a standard standing desk, or even one you can sit at!
